Ok, I'm done for today with these TOP5's and tests, I just enjoy writing them ^-^ Soooo... here are my TOP5 list about those lyrics that were written by men who cannot be ordered to my "fave artists" list.
1. Disciple - Things left unsaid
- It was a Supernatural fanvid where I first heard this song. It was about Dean's death and it totally got me. In that time I knew in English but not that well. And the thing I liked in this song was that I could here the lyrics, I could understand it. It can mean two things: I FUCKING ROCK IN ENGLISH (that's not so possible) or this song is freakin' simple. My money is on the second. Sooo it can be bad, because I can write simple lyrics, but with the melody, I was totally there with Sam, watching Dean and... that's cool
2. The All-American Rejects - My Paper Heart
- I LOVE IT WITH ALL PASSION. I know the song "Gives you hell" or something and this one. I think, that the melody is totally right, fits to the lyrics, and it's very catching. I cannot describe it, check the lyrics, it's about the fight between the guy and the girl, a usual punk-rock-pop stuff, I wouldn't listen to it by myself, I was pushed to check it, and I'm glad I did.
3. Rihanna - Unfaithful
- You can tell that I hate Rihanna. GOSH!! How much I do... Very... I think her voice is like a mouse's voice, her face is getting uglier with every haircut she got (she's not even girlish with this hair she has now), I think her songs are the same, they're about the same suffering she has with her love or about parties, but this one has a story, it's like a poem that you cannot take in your hands but if you do, it flows out of your fingers...
And I don't like the piano in it.
4. Bruce Springsteen - Radio Nowhere
- I love the boss. But I know 5 songs from him on top? And this one is really amazing. I don't know what its title mean, I don't get the meaning of it, but "Is there anybody alive out there?" So you see? These simple things can amaze me! No wonder why I like singers with nice soul. They can express the most difficult things with one simple sentence. That's what I need.
5. Torres Dani - Good Night, Joe
- He's a Hungarian singer. Til this moment, I thought: His pronouncation is good. But now: Maaan, what's this crap? I mean, the way he pronounce words.
And you can ask: HE'S NOT YOUR FAVE SINGER?? I mean, he was discovered in a Hungarian talent show, he was the forth aand he made two album since then, I love his songs, but my fanatism faded for now, and still, this song still takes me to heaven.
This was me for today. Be good, eat all of the sorrel, so I don't have to...
